Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days after you (or someone you named) received the goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, send us a clear message by email to hexdecktcg@hotmail.com (or by post to Meent 34B, 3011 JL Rotterdam, Netherlands) with your name, order number and the products you want to return. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.

After you tell us you are cancelling, you have another 14 days to send the products back to:

Condition of returned products

  • Products must be returned complete and in the same condition as you received them.
  • Sealed products (booster boxes, packs, decks, collectables) can only be returned if the seal is unbroken.
  • Single cards must be returned in the sleeve/toploader they were sent in, in the same condition. Cards that are damaged, bent or not the cards we sent will not be accepted.
  • You may handle a product only as far as needed to judge it (like in a shop). If a product is worth less because you handled it more than that, we may deduct that loss from the refund.

Costs

  • You pay the cost of returning the products. We recommend tracked and insured shipping for valuable cards; we are not responsible for returns lost in the post.
  • We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait with the refund until we have received the products back.
  • We refund with the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products whose seal has been broken after delivery.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order free of charge at any time before it ships. After delivery the normal 14-day right of withdrawal applies, starting on the day you receive it.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong card or condition, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping costs.
