1. Who we are

2. Scope

These terms apply to every offer and every order on hexdeck.net. Where these terms differ from mandatory consumer law, the law applies.

3. Offers and prices

  • All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay.
  • Prices of single cards follow the market and can change daily. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
  • Photos of single cards are examples of the card, not always of the exact copy. Singles are sold in Near Mint condition unless the product page says otherwise.
  • Obvious mistakes (for example a clearly wrong price) are not binding.

4. Orders and payment

  • The contract is formed when you complete checkout and we send the order confirmation.
  • You pay during checkout with the payment methods shown there.
  • We may limit quantities per customer, or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or a stock error; any payment is then refunded in full.

5. Pre-orders

  • Pre-orders ship when the product is released to us. The expected release date is shown on the product page and can change because of the publisher or distributor.
  • If we receive fewer products than ordered (allocation), pre-orders are fulfilled in order of purchase; if we cannot deliver, you get a full refund.
  • You can cancel a pre-order free of charge until it ships.

6. Delivery

See our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

See our refund policy (14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU).

8. Selling cards to Hexdeck (Sell your cards)

  • An offer made on the Sell your cards page is valid for 7 days and is based on the market price on the day it is sent.
  • The final price is set after we have checked the cards. If a card's condition differs from what was selected, we adjust the price for that card and tell you before paying. You can then choose to have the card returned (at your cost).
  • We pay by bank transfer or as a Hexdeck gift card (store credit), as chosen, within 3 working days after checking.
  • You confirm that you own the cards and that they are genuine. Counterfeit or proxy cards are returned at your cost or, if returning is not possible, destroyed.

9. Warranty and complaints

  • You have the rights that Dutch law gives you (conformity/warranty). Report problems within a reasonable time after discovering them via info@hexdeck.net; we reply within 14 days.
  • If we cannot solve a complaint together, you can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow limitation.

11. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their own country.
